Delivery & Returns
We deliver in South Africa. Deliveries take 3 to 7 working days. If you are overseas and wish to purchase a pair of spectacles, contact us to arrange payment and shipment.
From the day you receive your purchase, you have 7 days to return it to us if you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase. We will only accept a return if the item has not been used. It must be returned in the same condition as you received it and in it’s origional packaging. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days in order to arrange the return.
The client will be responsible for costs involved in returning the item.
We will inspect the item once we recieve it and notify you on the status of your refund.
If the item is in a good condition and unused, we will organise a refund to your account from which the purchase was made. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit in a certain number of days.
Delivery costs are nonrefundable.
